We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from For Every Home. Here's what you can expect when it comes to warranties, refunds, and returns.
1-Year Product Warranty
Every product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your item is faulty on arrival, notify us within 2 working days.
- Send photos or video of the issue
- Include proof of purchase (e.g. tax invoice)
- Let us know if you want a refund, repair, replacement, or store credit
Please use the Help Desk form to start a claim.
Do not return anything without our approval. We may reject claims if the product was misused or incorrectly installed.
Missing or Spare Parts?
If parts are missing, incorrect, or you need spares — Help Desk, and we’ll help resolve it fast.
14-Day Change of Mind Policy
Changed your mind? You can return any unopened, unused product within 14 days.
- You cover return shipping
- A 10% restocking fee applies
- If we supply a return label, we deduct that cost too
To return:
- Contact us with your order number & product details
- Send us a photo to confirm item condition
- We’ll provide a return authorisation & address
- Return the item with all packaging, accessories, and no signs of use
Do not write or stick anything on the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, minus applicable costs.
Your Legal Rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
