1. About us & scope
For Every Home (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian online retailer. We sell consumer goods directly to customers and fulfil orders through our trusted Australian suppliers. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on our website and your use of our services.
2. Ordering
- When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products at the prices and on the terms stated.
- We’ll email an order acknowledgement upon receipt. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud), with a full refund of any amounts paid.
3. Prices, payment & GST
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on size, weight and destination.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at order time.
- We use third-party payment processors; your use of them may be subject to their terms.
4. Availability & errors
Product information (images, dimensions, specs, stock) is sourced from manufacturers and suppliers. We aim for accuracy, but errors or updates may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll cancel and refund you promptly.
5. Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched directly by our Australian suppliers (dropship model). Typical dispatch time is 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery times vary by courier and location. Full details are in our Shipping Information.
- Street addresses are required for bulky items.
- Tracking will be provided by email once dispatched.
- Missed deliveries may require re-delivery or collection from a depot or Post Office.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some couriers allow ATL. If you choose ATL or a courier applies it, the parcel may be left in a safe place at your address. Once the courier records delivery, risk passes and we’re not liable for loss or theft from that point.
7. Risk & title
- Title to goods passes to you upon dispatch.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery (or ATL placement) to your address.
8. Order changes & cancellations
- Orders are processed quickly via our supplier network. After submission, changes may not be possible.
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately — re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel has shipped.
- We may cancel orders for reasons including pricing/stock errors or suspected fraud; you’ll receive a full refund.
9. Returns, refunds & ACL
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photos, and we’ll work with the supplier/courier to resolve it.
- Faulty / DOA: We’ll arrange repair, replacement or refund as required by the ACL.
- Transit damage / missing items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery.
- Change of mind: Not available unless explicitly stated on the product page or our Returns Policy.

10. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products and are in addition to your ACL rights. Warranty terms (if any) are provided by the manufacturer/supplier. Keep your proof of purchase and packaging where possible to assist with claims.
11. Promotions & coupons
- Promotions/coupons are subject to the stated terms, valid dates and usage limits.
- Unless stated, promotions cannot be combined and cannot be applied to past orders.
- We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
12. Accounts & security
- You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or close accounts for misuse, fraud or policy breaches.
13. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or infringing content or activity.
- No interference with site security, data, or operation; no scraping or reverse engineering.
- No uploading of malware or harmful code.
14. Intellectual property
Website content (text, images, logos, code) is owned by or licensed to For Every Home. You may not reproduce or adapt content without permission. Product images/descriptions may be provided by brands or suppliers and used under licence.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies under the ACL. To the extent permitted by law, and excluding liability for non-excludable guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to the lesser of the re-supply of the relevant services or the cost of having the services re-supplied, or for goods, replacement or repair (or the cost of doing so).
16. Third-party services
We use third-party providers (e.g. payment gateways, couriers, analytics). Their services are subject to their terms and policies, which may apply to you when used during checkout or tracking.
17. Force majeure
We’re not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, epidemics, government action).
18. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to that handling.
19. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising out of these terms or your use of our site.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and applies from publication. If a change materially affects an existing order, we’ll contact you where practicable.
