For Every Home works with trusted Australian suppliers who dispatch orders directly to you from their local warehouses and distribution centres. This model — known as dropshipping — allows us to offer a wide range of products at the best prices without maintaining our own storage facilities.

General Shipping Details

  • Orders are dispatched by our Australian suppliers once full payment has been received.
  • We partner with multiple courier companies to ensure efficient and affordable delivery based on item size, weight and destination.
  • All orders include a tracking number and dispatch confirmation sent via email once shipped.
  • Couriers generally require a street address; PO Boxes are accepted only for smaller items sent via Australia Post.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Our suppliers typically dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used:

  • Metro areas: 3 – 7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5 – 10 business days
  • Remote locations: up to 14 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once the item has been dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Some couriers offer an Authority to Leave option, allowing delivery to a safe, unattended location. Please ensure it’s secure, as For Every Home and our suppliers are not liable once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re not available at the time of delivery and no safe place is available, the courier will leave a calling card, SMS, or email with re-delivery or collection instructions.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your address before checkout — once processed, orders cannot be redirected.
  • Invalid or incomplete addresses may result in delays or return-to-sender charges.
  • Re-delivery fees may apply for incorrect address submissions.

Free & Promotional Shipping

Some items include Free Shipping within Australia. Where applicable, this will be clearly displayed on the product page. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and may exclude remote or offshore regions.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

All shipments are insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number. We’ll liaise with the supplier and courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Smaller items may ship with Australia Post and can be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Bulky or oversized products require a physical street address.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Contact our customer support team, and we’ll follow up with the supplier and courier on your behalf.
